How many pads will I need?
You will need 10-12 pads if you plan to wash every second day.
Which pad is best for me?
It depends entirely on you and your flow.
Which size is best for me?
We have four sizes and levels of absorbency:
Small – Liner sized for light flow
Medium– Normal size for normal day flowLarge -
Longer size and with extra absorbency for heavy flow, day or night
Extra large –Very long for very heavy, overnight & postpartum flow
How often should I change them?
Depending on your flow but from 2-6 hours is best.
Can I use them over-night?
Yes you can, we especially recommend the large or the extra large pad for night-time you can use the smaller pads if you are petite and/or have a light flow.
Can I return them if I don’t like them?
For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unwashed and unused goods

What should I store them in?
Store soiled pads in the bathroom bag which will store them discreetly until washing.
Will they stain?
The best way to prevent staining is a quick rinse under cold water before you machine wash. Don’t rinse with hot water as it will set any stains, wash within 48 hours.
Do I need to wash them before I use them?
Yes, it is best to give them a wash or two before using the first time. You can wash them in with your delicates/normal laundry in a machine wash.
How do I wash them?
Wash within 48 hours, do not use bio powders or bleach, as the can corrode the fibres in the bamboo fabric. Avoid fabric conditioner as it coats the fabric fibres and reduce their absorbency.
Can I wash them with other things?
Yes, treat them like you would your delicates. White with white, colours with colours, dark with darks.
Can I tumble dry them?
Yes, they don’t really need table drying as they are fast drying and by tumble drying it can affect their shape. If you do then do so on a cool setting.
Can I iron them?
Yes, on a cool setting.
